加拿大民謠搖滾長(zhǎng)青樹(shù)尼爾·揚(yáng)(Neil Young)已經(jīng)和Reprise公司簽訂了有關(guān)多張專輯的一個(gè)新的合約。Reprise公司于9月27日將為這位執(zhí)著的“民謠搖滾英雄”發(fā)行個(gè)人最新錄音室專輯《Prairie Wind》，這將是尼爾·揚(yáng)個(gè)人的第28張錄音室專輯?！禤rairie Wind》在納什維爾和加州錄制完成，專輯中將有艾米勞·哈里斯(Emmylou Harris)在內(nèi)的多位民謠歌手助陣。而就在今年早些時(shí)候，老揚(yáng)才剛剛坐完腦外科手術(shù)。 　　 　　
1969年到1983年，尼爾·揚(yáng)一直在Reprise公司旗下出版唱片，其經(jīng)典作品《After the Gold Rush》，《Harvest》和《Rust Never Sleeps》都在這個(gè)時(shí)期內(nèi)推出。而在83到88這幾年中通過(guò)加芬公司(Geffen)出了幾張實(shí)驗(yàn)性的唱片而在商業(yè)上慘遭失敗后，尼爾·揚(yáng)在1988年再次回到Reprise公司并在89年發(fā)行了另自己東山再起的《Freedom》。
