Lotta Jääskelä is a Finnish - 22 year old singer and songwriter from a quaint little town called Raahe. Lotta composed and wrote her first song in English (without knowing how to write the melody in notes) at the age of 14 and did her first gig after her mother talked her into playing and singing Suzanne Vega’s Luka in public in a little restaurant in Raahe. During the years 2002 and 2003 she started making solo-performances singing her own songs and playing the piano. Lotta’s songs and her voice attracted the attention of three international record companies, however Lotta decided to wait until she was a little older, experienced and more prepared before committing herself. 　　During spring 2007 the band prepared Lotta’s debut album, which contains 11 songs by written by Lotta Jääskelä and will come out in October 2007.
