Superchick

Superchick 是由主唱Tricia Brock,主唱和吉他手Melissa Brock,吉他手Dave Ghazarian,鼓手Brandon Estelle,貝司Matt Dally,鍵盤手/編曲Max Hsu組成的6人基督樂隊。 Superchick剛開始用的是Superchic[k]這個名字。他們的音樂風格很雜，包含了Punk，Rock，Rap和R&B。也正如樂隊名字一樣，他們的歌曲無不把快樂的音符帶給聽眾。 Superchick的出道時，是在99年的一個Audio Adrenaline的音樂會上。2000自己掏腰包的發(fā)行了首張專輯“Karaoke Superstars”，隨后他們加入Inpop Records后，這張專輯又被加上了3首remix tracks重新發(fā)售。這也成為了首張的官方的專輯。 之后，他們的音樂被一些電影和電視所采用，眾所周知的Legally Blonde（律政俏佳人），還有迪斯尼的Cadet Kelly （Hilary Duff主演）。 直至現(xiàn)在，他們的前四張專輯已經(jīng)賣了有70萬份，并且有許多的歌曲作為配樂出現(xiàn)在電視、電影、以及游戲中，歌曲被采用次數(shù)達70多。5次連續(xù)單曲No.1的也是他們的戰(zhàn)績。 Superchick first appeared in 2001 with Karaoke Superstars (Inpop), a peppy mix of popternative grooves and CCM positivity. Led by songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Max Hsu (ex-Church of Rhythm), the band also included vocalist Tricia Brock, her guitarist/vocalist sister Melissa Brock, fellow guitarist Justin Sharboro, drummer Brian, and bassist Matt Dally. Extensive touring followed the band's debut on wax, and high-profile song placements (in Legally Blonde, for example) upped their profile while promoting their message of empowerment via Christianity. Superchick returned in October 2002 with Last One Picked, a collection of crunchy pop-punk numbers. The remix album Regeneration followed a year later. 更多>>
