Craig Morgan

小簡介 出生田納西州的Craig Morgan，算是大器晚成的鄉(xiāng)村音樂界創(chuàng)作歌手，他18歲獲得緊急醫(yī)療救護人員資格，數(shù)年之后，Craig加入美國軍隊，分配駐守南韓地區(qū)，1989年參與在巴拿馬的正義之師作戰(zhàn)（Operation Just Cause）。 Craig在南韓服役期間，利用空檔著手寫歌，同時贏得許多軍中舉辦之歌唱以及創(chuàng)作比賽。 褪下軍人外衣回到故鄉(xiāng)，為了討生活連續(xù)擔(dān)任建筑工人、警長副手、保全人員等工作，最后在鄉(xiāng)村音樂大本營納許維爾有了份演唱DEMO帶的固定工作，這個聲音也讓Atlantic Records極為賞識，于2000年協(xié)助發(fā)行首張同名專輯《Craig Morgan》。 不過市場反映對此卻是相當(dāng)冷淡，Craig也遭受解約命運。但是他的才華仍然沒有被埋沒，2003年轉(zhuǎn)投效Broken Bow Records推出第二張大碟《I Love It》，登上獨立榜Top4+鄉(xiāng)村榜Top16，也逐步敲開知名度。 2005年的《My Kind Of Lovin'》更勇奪金唱片銷售認證，單曲〈That's What I Love About Sunday〉不僅蟬聯(lián)鄉(xiāng)村榜四周冠軍，更是Broken Bow Records旗下第一位拿下NO.1記錄的歌手。 by MacKenzie Wilson Singer/songwriter Craig Morgan was an army brat before he opted for a career in music. Born and raised in Nashville, Morgan was already a country music fan with dreams of playing guitar and making it big. But before his musical dreams could become reality, Morgan spent time serving in the U.S. Army, where he had a very respectable career and achieved high honors during peace and wartime. It was also during this time that Morgan whetted his guitar-playing styles to perform for troops whenever he could. Such passion led to a deal with Atlantic and a spot out of the service. His self-titled debut was released in May 2000. His next three albums, 2002's I Love It, 2005's My Kind of Livin', and 2006's Little Bit of Life, all appeared on Broken Bow Records. 更多>>
